Description
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Indian Trail, NC.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week and the salary for this role is $50,000 yearly.
Responsibilities
- Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
- Provide Administrative support
- Assist with communication with the Board of Directors and committees
- Assist in daily communication with Owners
- Assist Owners with billing and account questions
- Assist Owners with on-site issues and needs
- Assist in making regular updates to community website(s)
- Assist in managing registration system and trades/rentals among owners
- Assist in scheduling weekly housekeeping
- Assist in weekly review of housekeeping completion of every cottage, golf cart, grill, amenity
- Assist in coordinating special cleaning of carpets and upholstery
- Assist in completion of Annual Deep Cleaning of every cottage
- Assist in managing housewares and linen inventory for every cottage
- Assist in ordering housewares, linens, and paper products as needed
- Assist in analysis and problem resolution as needs present
- Provide weekly update on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to Community Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned.
