CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Indian Trail, NC.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week and the salary for this role is $50,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Community Manager in all aspects of the job
  • Provide Administrative support
  • Assist with communication with the Board of Directors and committees
  • Assist in daily communication with Owners
  • Assist Owners with billing and account questions
  • Assist Owners with on-site issues and needs
  • Assist in making regular updates to community website(s)
  • Assist in managing registration system and trades/rentals among owners
  • Assist in scheduling weekly housekeeping
  • Assist in weekly review of housekeeping completion of every cottage, golf cart, grill, amenity
  • Assist in coordinating special cleaning of carpets and upholstery
  • Assist in completion of Annual Deep Cleaning of every cottage
  • Assist in managing housewares and linen inventory for every cottage
  • Assist in ordering housewares, linens, and paper products as needed
  • Assist in analysis and problem resolution as needs present
  • Provide weekly update on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to Community Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
